November 21-December 04 Episode 207-300
Okay I went thru this batch really fast...because it was exciting to watch that I had to watch it at home as well instead of just at work.

Davy Back Fight Arc:: This arc felt more for fun with random game events. So it was just enjoyable to watch everyone using teamwork to battle it out. Also how Mr. Foxy keeps getting sad when people make fun of him haha.. But it got annoying when he comes back and betrays Luffy and crew when they met up again.

Water 7 Arc: A lot more entertaining than Skypiea arc. So much emotional drama happening. The characters play up the drama really well. So its frustrating watching them break up like that as a group. Also Merry! Even as a ship, it shows to be a character as well. So its sad when it can't sail anymore. Also the suspense in each episode toward the CP9 is never ending!! Another plus is Franky!! Damn, his past is soo sad. I actually cried watching his backstory. Even tho he is technically alive, terrible stuff happened in his past.



Also I really want to draw CuttyxIceberg fanart hahaa... they're so cute young!!

Enies Lobby: The fights are more entertaining. Also the characters are shown to be SUPER COOL and hawt when they're so serious!!!! *____* *falling in love with all of them* Also Robin's past is just as sad. Seriously, everyone has such tragic past. And they're all experiencing it at such a young age. Yeeshhh if it were me, I would be more depressed. Also, Spandam D: What a jerk. He's constantly beating Robin up when she can't do anything...someone kill him already!!!

There's been a stray rabbit that's been visiting our front yard everyday. Its not even afraid of us, so I always try to take a picture of it. One day, it was before sunset, and I told my dad if we can try capturing it.

Dad: Yeah, go capture it for Grandpa to make rabbit soup out of it.
Me: Noooo!! Nevermind, don't capture it.


This brings back memory when we had a big turtle in our backyard in those recycling bin filled with water.

Us: Yay! New pet!!

The next day: TURTLE SOUP

WHAT?!!!!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmm but most of the series is composed of SD forms!! How are they going to pull it off. Bah...kinda fearful what they'll do to the series since I love the manga and anime.

October 09- November 21: Finished 101-206 episodes.

Uwahhh finally!! Took a little bit longer because there were some days I didn't watch it...

Baroque Saga was incredibly long but the battle at Alabastar was epic and the ending was sweet. Bye Bye Vivi!!

Skypiea arc for me felt boring until they finally introduce the backstory of Norland. Such tragic ending for them...but the friendship between Kalgara and him was so beautiful~~! There wasn't much of a backstory for Eneru, especially considering he is just plain evil. Oh yea, Luffy shirt was open throughout the Skypiea arc, so that was a bit of fanservice to watch hahaa... where does he get those abs....

Just finished G8 arc, and it was much refreshing to watch something a bit shorter and more zanny fun. The animation and art direction I find in this arc to be well executed even for a filler. Especially when there are hundreds of marines to animate!! Also Sanji was all loveydovey throughout each episode haha <3

I'm missing my Ace~!!!

Ah man every minute of this scene makes me laugh....*rewatched over and over* Especially how Gintoki finally says his name right, but Katsura corrects him with "Zombrows". Katsura beings so cute with even a victory bg music hahaa... "Its decided, They're called Zombrows!"

This show is ruining my work ethic haha...tossing a Gintoki/Tsukuyo amvs as well.

TSUKUYO!!!! Totally went into Yakuza mode. Rewatch value of Gintoki and Tsukuyo is infinity!!! They're ridiculously awesome together in a crack sense and also normal sense. If only I can draw Gin-san's freakin permed hair!!!

Gah no preview for next episode?!! Gintama movie: Benizakura arc also announced using the fake trailer they used a long time ago hahaa... (which Gin-san commented that maybe making fake trailer will stir up making an actual film--it came true!) I love how Kagura commented they might as well make a compilation, toss in some new scenes, like all the Gundam movies. Its so true!!!

EPIC EPIC EPIC AWESOMENESS!!!!

Just the right amount of well animated action and an emotional back story to tie it together. Plus stylized animation with the manga feeling combined with the regular colored animation. I think this episode is one the best in tying up an arc without too much going on. To the point while making a profound impact. Also can I ever hate a Gintama villain???? They always make a 180 when you think you've hated them....it just completely changes when you understand where they come from. I wonder when Gin-san's wound would ever do him damage....he takes a lot of serious blow.

There was talk about how guys physicality are really different from girls. And really, in real life, its really hard to pull off and fool people.

Here's my crack idea:

You know how in gender bender series, the character can seem to get away with disguising themselves as boy or girl....I think it would be hilarious if they really don't look at all like the opposite gender and still try to cross dress....ROFL.

So chiizupan bought me a eggling thyme for my birthday present like a few years ago and well I never opened it until in the beginning of September. I decided why not, after looking at kixies eggling post.

I preordered this figure back in April I think @-@;; Finally received it at last!! I'm not a huge nerd on pvc, so all I can say is that the paint looks really well done, and the flow of the figure is just gorgeous!!! I wasn't interested in buying other Yoko figures because she always looked too young/plump/cute/rounded....but when I saw this one, she looked more badass with the rifle over her shoulder and that awesome coat flowing behind her. Plus, I like TJ!Yoko/Pre-starboobs suit. There's a lot of detail on the fabrics folds/creases. Her face is not too round. So she looks a bit older.

My only complaint is her boobs hahaa... They're like too round? Almost like she added two waterballoon under her bikini top. Ugly shadows form around them haha....

September 10- October 08: Finished 1-100 episodes.

Omg finally passed the 100 mark!! T_T It took me a while to get into it...but after they finally entered the grandline and past the dragon filler arc to episode 65, it was smooth sailing and pretty quick to get into.

Right now, the most appealing thing about One Piece, is Oda's ability to give every character a freakin backstory. And he doesn't mind taking the time to develop everything about the character, even if they are minor. Which is quite impressive considering HOW many characters that exist in One Piece :O! Thus, the series is 400+ long because the arcs are long. I think about the first 90 episodes was just getting Luffy's crew member @_@;;

And the variation of designs for each individual is amazing. But the female characters, seem to have the exact same face and body shape /: I can probably replace Nami's hair on Vivi and they'll still look the same. But so far, the girls aren't as annoying. I somehow want to ship Nami with everyone haha...(well individually). Luffy/Nami moments were so cute during Aarong arc.

And just recently, I think adding the D兄弟 just made it for me haha.... want to draw them together XD Ace being the polite brother and meeting Luffy's crew for the first time was so classic haha...

I thought Chopper would be annoying, but no, he's ridiculously cute!!! Omg his seiyuu!!!! And even Usopp seem more of a practical guy than annoying. He doesn't seem to be the obnoxious liar...in fact it sorta dies down. Plus, I enjoyed how Nami and him would be scared together haha. Sanji is just adorable ahhaa when he's flirting with the girls and how he call out to Nami-chwan~~<3! Zoro role seems to have died down to just a swordsman or sleeping most of the time, but I liked how he was playing with his new katana XD As for Luffy, shoot, his own crewmen beats him up and he's a bit slow minded. Esp in Drum Island, where he suddenly realizes its cold after 20 minutes in. And when he kicks ass, he kick asses. So many　かっこいい moments.

New arc begins!! Finally! Lol. Season 4 was mostly crack episodes, so its a breather to get some actual plot line at last XD And Tsukuyo returns!!! <3 Such a awesome female character. I approve of Gintoki/Tsukuyo haha.

The scene with the Puff-puff action = ROFL. I don't remember much boob groping in Gintama before, so its the first? And that scene with them pretending to be married couples to join the spider gang, Gintoki gets skewered even tho Tsukuyo said he was much stronger than him.

Ah... Gintama is the best~~ <3

When I was at animate, it was only avaible for preorder and released after I left Japan T_T;; So I ended up preordering it online at Toys Logic and it came a month later or something. We went to the cat cafe again in Ikebukuro and I manage to take this really cute picture of this lion-fur trimmed cat. So cuute!!!!

Now onto the doujin/manga/artbook photo dump! I think I went overload this year. They were sooo ridiculously heavy to carry around. Thank goodness for 4-wheel luggages! Also I bought too many compiled doujin XD;;

すごく疲れた！！！

I am back from Tokyo!!! Left Tokyo on 21st 4:10pm...return to the US on the 21st 9:50am.

My monitor is huge!!! O_____O I haven't been using the computer much while I was in Tokyo...so gotta a lot to catch up.

lucathia will probably write a lengthy report before I get to hahaa...

Anyways, San Jose weather is so great~!! No humidity!!! And I've gotten too many rashes in Japan. Hopefully they'll heal -____-

Need to readjust my body clock and catch up before school starts next week!
